3-meeting workshop for you to organize online groups with ease and fun

Being in a group is one of the most pleasurable things in life. Also one of the most far-reaching ways of what we offer work, whether in attendance, mentoring, workshops, classes...
With the Pandemic, face-to-face meetings became impossible and online platforms came to show us that it is possible to meet in groups, even if virtually.
The purpose of this workshop is to offer you knowledge and online group coordination tools so that your meetings reach their goals and are light and fun.
How it works?
Workshop
This workshop is divided into 3 meetings. Each meeting lasts an average of 2 hours, totaling 6 hours of live content.
The first two meetings will be recorded and you can watch them whenever you can, at your own pace. Each meeting comes with a content and activity booklet.
The meetings will be live and 100% online.
You can also join the community to have access to me and other participants to ask questions, tips and issues related to the workshop.

Session for exchanging experiences and supervising your group work, both for groups that have already taken place and you want to reflect on them, as well as for any project that you have in mind.
In this meeting we will share our experiences and exchange ideas.

Community
Be part of a community of group coordinators, where we can exchange ideas, questions and reflections on the topic. In addition to a space for dissemination of our work.
In this Workshop you will learn:
Basic concepts of forming a group;
Formats, stages, contexts, instruments of a group;
Online and face-to-face games to bring lightness and integration to the group;
Phases of constitution of a group that will help you to better understand the formation of a group or to know where the group is at.
This Workshop is for who:
You are carrying out activities online and want to be more creative and confident in the process;
You want your online dating to be more dynamic and fun.

Dayse Bispo is a psychologist, psychodramatist and doctor in social psychology. He has experience in clinical practice, training and management. In addition to her work on social networks with self-care content, she also conducts individual and group therapeutic co-creation sessions, is a professor at PUC-SP in the Psychology course and is coordinator of the Training Course in Psychodrama Level 1 at SOPSP (Society of Psychodrama from Sao Paulo).
This workshop is very special, as after many years in the management of public mental health services, I am returning to the area of training and clinical practice, in particular to the world of Psychodrama (an approach that has elements of theater in its theory and practice ) and I really want to share my group management knowledge with you.
Mainly for those who are having difficulty or fear of organizing online groups because they do not know this universe well.
It's being able to contribute so that the virtual world can be more pleasant and lighter.
